Shipping and Returns

Discreet worldwide shipping

We ship worldwide in discreet packaging. Thousands of customers around the world have trusted us to deliver their gear safely and discreetly.

Your privacy matters to us. Every order is sent in plain packaging with no reference to Cockring Expert, cock rings, or the contents of the order visible on the outside of the package.

Most orders are processed within a few business days and typically arrive within 7 to 12 business days from the date the order was placed.

Tracking information is provided once your order reaches the shipping stage. Tracking updates can take a few days to appear after the link is issued.

Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Due to the intimate nature of these products, we generally do not accept returns for an incorrect size selection, a change of mind, buyer remorse, or an item that is no longer wanted.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Order changes and cancellations are generally only possible within 6 hours of placing the order. Payment-provider processing fees are non-refundable. If an order has already entered fulfillment, shipping costs already incurred and a 15% cancellation or restocking fee may also apply.
