Metal cock rings come in fixed-size, magnetic and adjustable designs, with different shapes and weights across the collection. Getting the fit right is the best place to start with a metal cock ring. A fixed metal ring cannot stretch to make up for the wrong size, so check where you plan to wear it and review the product’s size options before ordering. Use our cock ring measuring guide before choosing a fixed ring.

Metal cock ring questions
How do I choose a metal cock ring?
Fixed or adjustable? From our experience, an adjustable or flexible ring is easier to put on or remove quickly, including after you are erect. A rigid fixed-size ring generally needs to go on while you are soft.
Weight and shape. We personally like the noticeable weight of metal designs, including while soft. We find the Alpha Ergonomic shape comfortable because its contour follows the body beneath the balls. Fit and comfort vary from person to person.
Five designs to compare:
- M2 weighted stainless-steel ring, offered in 40, 45 and 50 mm internal diameters with a weight range of 188 to 220 g.
- Alpha Ergonomic metal ring, with a contoured profile.
- Kobar aluminium ring, a lighter metal option.
- Steve Red – Aluminum Loop.
- Titan adjustable metal ring.
