If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.
Order changes and cancellations are generally only possible within 6 hours of placing the order. Payment-provider processing fees are non-refundable. If an order has already entered fulfillment, shipping costs already incurred and a 15% cancellation or restocking fee may also apply.
